The end game for me is to get you to closing as soon as possible, financially exact as much owner profit as possible, to guide you through this process with little or no stress and hopefully build a relationship that will last for generations.
When it comes to beginning the search for your next Forever Home, I will take your wishlist and pre-qualified budget and overlay that infomation with available existing home inventory and the many new neighborhoods currently under contruction. While there is no such thing as a truly "perfect" home, as my client, my focus for you will be to hit your wishlist as close to the bullseye as possible.
